Genetics is the most important factor that determines the success of a man. If you aren't gifted with good genetics, the deck will be stacked against you down to your last moments of your life. Genetically attractive people are held in higher regard than losers of the genetic lottery and all of their attributes work to their advantage. Attractive introverted people will often be seen as cute or shy in the public eye whereas unattractive individuals will be awkward and disturbing. The mainstream media and online dating apps have been pushing a strict set of often unattainable beauty standards, all the while excluding and driving less attractive people in a dark corner of the dating scene. The term "lookism" has been coined to define the unfair discrimination toward physically unattractive people and highlights their lack of prospects in terms of romantic and sexual relationships. As a chief consequence physically unattractive people are perceived as disappointing or unfit for their jobs and in the worst cases they can be fired for their appearance. Physical attractiveness is slowly turning into the key to wealth and success as opposed to hard work and talent in a world where people are inherently objectified and revered for their physical attributes.
