Rewatch the Oprah and Actors Studio interviews with Dave when he came back and you can see he's trying to hold back on saying stuff and the Oprah interview is downright creepy as she cuts him off whenever he tries to give details on Hollywood sickness and she keeps trying to get him to admit he was crazy. Oprah of course is weinstein's BFF and likely a handler.
