Make up for the lost time with your family, call them and tell them how you are doing. Don't look up for roasties you are not there yet, you need to be better first. Read a book, any book. Don't watch movies unless you have company, dont watch tv garbage. Do push ups every day, as many as you can.
Don't do things that you feel socially pressured to, like going clubbing or smoking, real friend will understand and real friends will follow your good example. Make at least one home cooked meal a day, it doesnt have to be good.
Fix your posture and clean a bit around the house.
Block all time wasting sites all social media all phone apps. Play games as a reward not because you have nothing better to do.
There you go, I know it feels like am talking shit, but really all you got to is small changes. you dont have to do everything i said but start from the ones that feel easy and work your way up. I would suggest to start by removing social media and general time wasters from you life, it really helps.
