Fair enough. Better than starvation I suppose. I forgot if Mexico roads has their own heating system. I don't remember much being in Mexico to be honest. I'm sure the roads are covered with rock salt.
If you're unable to fast in long term, then probably fasting isn't for you. Fasting is pretty much the fastest way to lose weight if you're not planning on doing anything; such as exercise or heavy activities.
