The only other time I was directly harassed was just some black dude yelling weird shit like he wanted to fight me but nothing came of it. Then one time I heard a black ho walking with an old black dude say "Eyy Imma suck yo dick so good you ain't neva gonna go back to Pittsburgh MHMMMMM." There was more weird shit like that going on than anything overtly dangerous. Mostly a lot of whores and drug dealers more than anything else.
My landlord actually sent me a lot of crazy videos of negros doing shit at his apartment including footage of an FBI raid. I lived in a predominantly black neighborhood of Oakland for a year.
