I've heard Cambodia has some kind of citizenship by investment program, but you probably won't be able to afford it. Otherwise, I hear legalization over there is generally tough.

Although as best I can tell, Balkans are your best bet. Cheap real estate, not so cheap prices, reasonably traditional societies, great and friendly people, great families with low divorce rates. Very easy legalization in many countries: just buying some real estate will get you a residence permit, it can be a village shack for 8-15k Euros.
Wherever you go, if you want some social life and a family, you'll need to learn the local language. Especially outside the capitals, where life is cheaper and people are more traditional.
