A 1962 Roman Catholic Missal will have everything you're looking for to start off with. You'll see that the virtues and principles stemming from the Church will free you from the jewish hedonistic standards popularized in culture, and build you up as a better man in this life and the next.
Find a Tridentine Mass church/parish, but acknowledge that the throne of St. Peter has been vacant since 1958, hence all the discrepancies and current lackluster state of the leaders of the Church.
