Time can be seen as a spectrum, with all progressive points in time in a row all at once, from a 4th dimensional point of view. The outcome would be visible from the very start and the beginning would be clear as day from the end of an event because you would all of time in a spectrum. We only expereince time when entropy flows in one direction. If that flow were to reverse, "time" as we know it would cease to exist even as the universe functions perfectly fine.
