Everytime I try to nap, I either wake up with a headache, migraine, being tired even more and fully waking up after at least two hours, then having a terrible night or all of the above with a cherry on top it being dehydration from the heat of sleeping in your clothes / when sun still warms my bed.
Glad you know how to nap at least~
