All of my holdings ( Mainly really boring and safe broad market ETFs ) are up about 30% this year, and have doubled in value since 2021, some of my positions have even tripled.
I started investing in 2021, is it normal for your stocks to rise this much in value? Should I expect to have similar returns next year or was the past few years an anomaly? Why don't more people invest in stocks if its such easy money? I've been trying to convince some of my family and friends but they all kept saying the market will crash for the past few years now, now they just say I got really lucky?
