>>22172121ha yeah I use a bunch of old computer systems still, mostly through emulation as thats all I have to work with for the most. I do have an authentic ti99-4a computer and some games for it and use it once or twice a month. the funny thing is people have no idea just how much is buried in the digital past to play with. even long forgot coding languages and music formats and all sorts of stuff. late 1980s and early 1990s memes and art is pretty awesome to see and compare it to modern day stuff.
>>22172134I use oracle vm virtual box and run a few different operating systems (it supports msdos and windows 3.1 and a ton of linux and unix along with various windows versions along with other stuff). I usually mess with xp to play old games or to browse a few sites ive been using xp for for years. Whats funny is some of the ai art generators for perchance even work in windows xp though its a bit glitchy. so I can even make ai art and turn it into a chatbot in windows xp. though I dont trust the site in regards to how many scripts it runs in the background so I dont really plan on using perchance in windows xp unless its for a giggle or to show you can.
