I don't think a lot of people realize how easy it is to make a video like that in After Effects. Making a video of a single non moving object with a clear blue sky as a backdrop and making it look convincing as hell can be done by literally anyone who has watched 2 hours of youtube tutorials on After Effects. One of the first 'fun' projects you make when learning AE is usually a fake UFO video like this, because they are so damn easy and often look really good for the skill involved.
I don't think this video has been doctored simply because there are multiple angles from different sources, but 99% of the UFO videos you've ever seen are some highschoolers AE project.
