If you're looking for a serotonin boost or just help with general anxiety some recommend st. john's wort which does work. I also recommend 5HTP which I will wholeheartedly say it did overly improve many things for me. I usually end up burned out from some of the stuff I do, and usually when I need some thing to help me regulate the flow of serotonin I'll take some of this. Some say it helps with sleep. I don't have problems with my sleep but it doesn't hurt try for that either. Might kill two birds with one stone there. Becareful as well with this. You always want to becareful with stuff that messes with your serotonin.
