I can attest to the raw data at least appearing legitimate, having worked on software that analyzes such things.
>>18183752Beyond older, simpler maps like picrel and the series it's from, I'm not aware of anything that tries to cover everything. You can usually find specific migratory maps for individual haplogroups, but it would be much to complicated to fit it all onto one map.
