It hurt sooo bad but kinda turned me on. Now I do them myself sometimes. It's pretty easy to hang off of a door, you just stand on a chair or ladder and wrap the top of your underwear around a tennis ball or something and stick it over the top of the door on the other side then close the door then step off the chair. Or you can hang off of the little hooks on a towel holder too. As long as your feet aren't touching the floor it's a bonifide hanging wedgie! I just grab the chair when I want to get back down but I usually sink down low and feel the fabric go up my butt first to remind me why I like them in the first place. One time I couldn't reach the chair and I could hear my parents car pulling in so I had to bounce until my undies ripped :(
