A "Primo" is when you lace a blunt with coke. Pretty self explanatory.
Spliffs are when you roll a joint with tobacco in it.
DMT is kind of a lesser known drug. Lots of intrigue there.
Phenobarbital is what the LA bank robbers were supposedly on to calm themselves. Haven't really heard of anyone using it outside of that.
2C-E is a designer synthetic psychedelic that a lot of psychonauts don't know how to make let alone get their hands on.
I'll throw in salvia as not a whole lot of people have tried it from what I know. My sisters ex-husband tried it and said it took him to middle earth. I dunno about all that.
I'll end with Ether. To quote Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, "There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge". A homie of mine was using for a while and it was nothing short of disturbing.
