if the thing that causes pressure in our atmosphere is a firmament dome keeping the air in, then by necessity the air pressure in the atmosphere would be equal all throughout, no matter the altitude.
However, observations shows a pressure gradient, where pressure decreases as altitude increases, which makes the dome impossible, as it is impossible to have a pressure gradient inside a pressurized container
no flat earther will touch this argument btw
