Hearing nigger doesnt make them not work and commit crime, its crack. Crack cocaine. If the police and DA did their jobs this wouldnt be happening.
Did some bleeding heart watch a show about the 90s crack era and hear the poor blacks complain that crack got way more jailtime than cocaine? And then, to make their feeling feel good, to right wrongs and speak truth to power, they pushed for the opposite, to not jail any crackhead, no matter how public or repeating their crack use is. Thats the only explanation I can think of how this would happen.
