>>21218076Oh my esoteric sociotechnological terror that's very interesting actually, I can see it, like the evolution of gunpowder, dynamite, nuclear fission, etc ending in something that is a power beyond weapons, absolute ontological dominance, something so fundamental and so absolute that it makes all other forms of power obsolete, and resistance to it is not only impossible but actually inconceivable. This reminds me of SCP articles about this kind of thing, I can't remember any of the top of my head but there are many that make me feel like this, there is also the tom scott sci-fi video about a rogue copyright-enforcing AI that makes nanomachines to control reality and enforce copyright law by e.g. deleting people's memories of copyrighted works, so yea thats a very cool and terrifying concept
