In terms of quality of information and freedom of information however, the internet was fucking crazy back then.
Lots of effort posting nerds everywhere, lots of illegal documents from CP, to tech secrets being posted everywhere. Lots of sly motherfuckers tricking kike companies by buying out domain names and all sorts of other silly shenanigans. The early days of the internet, and hell even the internet during the early 2000s can't be matched to today's internet in terms of quality info and freedom of information available. It really was the wild west, even if downloading shit was PAINFULLY SLOW AS FUCKING NAILS.
