reminds me of how much i hate seeing that sentiment "hurr durr back then 4chan only cared about having fun". i was on the internet at the time oldfag memes were considered funny, admittedly i wasn't on 4chan but the places i hung out on had a lot of spillover from 4chan. yeah i thought that kind of stuff was funny at the time but i also realize it grew stale, like all things do. what do nostalgiafags want? they want me to think demotivationals and longcat and firin mah lazor memes are funny in 2019? i doubt anyone seriously expects that. almost makes me think that posters who say "hurr back when 4chin was good!" aren't really oldfags, but i have no proof so idk.
