I age more rapidly but I have better enzymatic prowess than most of my peers, I reckon it's because overall work my liver did in obsessive alchoholism phase was still several degrees of magnitude less than most other people's livers did (I started drinking at 16 and stopped abruptly after heavy drinking at 18, whilst most people I know started drinking at 14 and still keep drinking deep in their 20s); I can't throw muscle nor fat mass no matter how much or little effort I pull into working out/overeating myself
