it is GVT (10 set program) with dumbells only, compound lifts only, and supersetting (doing 1 exercise immediately after the other) the push and pull exercise for a specific area
so upright rows - shoulderpress with no rest
i substituted out squats with gay karate squat kicks in sets of 50
i always knew starting was the hard part but ill be frank with u its a bitch of a thing
