How the UN invasion will work is similar to how the government worked, except much more effective. The UN will appear in each of the 8 coastal provinces, and will have 2x the roll value of the mupdate post of the OP. This roll value will exist separately for each of those 8 regions. On the plus side, the UN cannot benefit from bonuses. If the UN completely seizes a region, they will move on and attack the next region, thereby "duplicating" themselves. Therefore, it's important for all factions not to allow the UN to seize any regions.
The roll of this post will determine the roll value of the UN invasion next turn.
