When i resisted, i would get thoughts like "well, i did a lot today, so i deserve it"... or "i did think a beer would be nice a couple of hours ago.."
It's easy to resist if you drank the night before. Im just going to set a goal to not drink in december (dont drink december) these kinds of challenges seem to really help me. I did NNN, and will probably not watch porn ever again.
