I bought 6 rotisseries chickens from Costco today.
1 chicken will be used for tonight and then whatever is left on it made into soup for the week. The other 5 chickens peeled off clean(best way to do it is when the chicken meat is still hot and melts off the bone like butter), tossed into an airtight bucket and stays in the freezer for up to 4 months.
This method has saved me SO MUCH fucking money on food its ridiculous. Only $5 for each chicken.
