>>17014103Weird thing I fell into last year. Luffa plants are the ultimate trap crop. They have this kind of weird mild odor that pests go nuts for. The pests are all over the luffa, and then come the wasps and ladybugs and mantis and eat them all up. And the best part is the luffa dries on the vine and turns into those shower scrubby things women pay $20+ bucks for. One plant in a small container will turn out probably a hundred of them, easily. You can also eat them like zucchini, but I wasn't a huge fan.
