yeah. there's certainly an art to weeding out reviews made by people who are just mad they failed the class or trying to determine if people are rating a professor poorly for something you like or vice versa. for example one of the professors i was looking at got really good reviews because of his bants and the weight he puts on attendance making his classes an easy A but i'm known for extremely poor attendance and i despise professors who spend half the class talking about some bullshit other than the material.
in the end it's always best to just ask for the opinions of upperclassmen you know
unfortunately. i could probably get around it if i took the time to argue with people about it but it's not worth it to do
