..on other days I bake chicken thighs in paprica powder, garlic powder, vegeta and some chimken spice mix, plus I add a sliced sour apple with a peel ever since my uncle told me to, it's pretty damn great.
..if I cannot make that, I make quick chicken breasts fried in paper with a little bit of water if I fuck up the heat.
+ potatoes / oven fries + some greens + apple/banana/pear/mandarines or a combination of those.

Same as on breakfast, except that I eat 200g of cottage cheese instead of eggs.
That shit is the only food you need to survive desu.
Is it healthy? Yeah.
Is my liver doing alright knowing I consume like 120g+ protein per day..? I hope so.
