1. I still have my tonsils, the body's last defense against germs that make it through the mouth.
2. I had all the shit when I was a kid, measles, chickenpox, mumps, even mononucleosis. It takes you out of commission for a while but it builds your immunity.
3. Healthy diet, healthy exercise habits, not to an extreme, just healthy.
Easy as 1,2,3 gents - I haven't been sick since I was 10, now mid-30's. Still having tonsils is the new black.
