>>11384450well for the reasons i just outlined in the bigger post. when ur not looking for burst m1 spam is the highest DPS so it doesn't matter what element the unit is and noelle's shield allows her to just eat damage while she attacks instead of stopping to dodge and the ult blatantly adds too much damage to basic attacks and covers too wide an area
it's actually quite interesting from both a team building and gearing perspective especially considering raw dps isn't necessarily what u need to consider most
