>>21569664I should add that a BIG reason RPGs do not work is because a smooth experience where everyone is keeping up requires everyone to track the state of the story with NO physical representation of that state. A board game or wargame can be tracked or updated with a glance at the table. As soon as you drift off from an RPG, you miss details and have to be the guy to ask everyone what the fuck happened.
It's too big of an ask for autists.
