As you can see, IQ potential is virtually identical between Indians and Europeans, with a bit of advantage to the borealized Euros. But otherwise they resemble other Generaloids the most. Europeans are closer to Indians than to SOUTHERN Mongoloids, let alone northern Mongoloids.
Papuans and Australians legitimately have extremely low IQs, but this is due to hunter-gathererism, rather than racial potential. All agricultural populations went through immense IQ increases. Negroids are low IQ DESPITE being agriculturally selected like everyone else. Papuans and Australians would have developed a much higher IQ, probably in the high 80s, if they had agriculturalized.
The same holds for Americans, whose Northern variants are virtually extinct today. But their raw IQ, for US Natives, was in the mid 80s, meaning that an agricultural populace selected from them would be similar to Europeans (probably a bit smarter)
raw IQ for Canada Natives is higher in the mid 90s, but they have recent neo-Mongoloid admixture so I don't count them.
