Someone on this board recommended me to make a lasagna using cottage cheese but I usually use ricotta instead. The cottage cheese made it kinda goopy and watery. I'll stick to ricotta but at least the cottage cheese was free. Also, that silver looking utensil is called a fork and I would not recommend eating it unless you want to choke to death.
