The whole German economy MASSIVELY underperformed during the war, mostly due to weaknesses in the fascist system. /pol/ doesn't like this because it reveals that fascism is as stupid in practice as it is conceptually (all autocratic systems turn into mafia states, and corruption and crime sap the efficiency of the whole economy).
Anyway, here's a picture of a German tank "factory". Tiny picture, I know, but look closely. What's missing? Oh, right. There's no production line. Each Tiger is being hand built on a hardstand like it is a luxury yacht. This is an 1800s method of vehicle production. This is how they built horse-drawn carriages.
Germany should have had USSR production numbers. It had the raw economy for it. Meanwhile, the USSR should have had German production numbers - but the might of the Soviet people and raw Communism somehow let them pull off a miracle I guess.
