You form your conclusions first and then you attempt to gather evidence that supports your conclusion. This isn't proper critical thinking. The proper way to think critically is to gather evidence first and THEN form your conclusions.
But I seriously doubt you're intellectually capable of understanding why inverting the proper order of operations causes you to form irrational opinions.
