Different levels getting more that progresses them to more, appreciative of better conditions, needing them sometimes, maybe kept out of them if they aren't up to being their best suiting them. See how much went into them and be grateful with better when there, part of what built it, belonging with it in mind untill getting there then belonging there because better hasn't been built yet and needs to be built from the best.
