After a heinous backstage assault against Carmody Jefferson on September 12, 2023, Lightning Nika disappeared from the face of the WWA for quite some time, though no official suspension or contract termination was ever reported. She would reappear on December 6, 2023 as the surprise mystery partner of Dojo trainee Kanako Leichenburg, under equally mysterious circumstances, forming the tag team called BLITZKREIG. Priscilla Divine responded to Nika's reappearance with an accusation that Kanako broke into the Divine Mansion and took Lightning Nika away from there, even as she calls Lightning Nika a "failed experiment" and suggests that she is no longer a part of the Divine Angels. Carmody Jefferson, Kanako's friend and fellow trainee, has also taken exception with seeing Kanako align herself with the woman who has assaulted and hospitalized her, causing a great deal of strife and the seeming end of her own affiliation with the WWA Dojo, and thus we have a highly unexpected alliance as former opponents and apparently new friends Priscilla Divine and Carmody Jefferson team up to take on BLITZKRIEG. Will Kanako and Nika earn a second victory in tag team competition, or will their one-time friend and one-time leader prove dominant in this encounter!
