I have never owned a company before, and while they come here on time and are not bad workers, they aren't necessarily the greatest workers. I will be hiring local new immigrants that are able to bring in more growth, profits, and less of a cashflow drain on labor costs.
My dad doesn't approve of this, but he doesn't really know what's best because I am the new boss now. He gave it to me so it's mine. Getting rid of this many staff is around 30% of the staff.
I'm really sorry but it's what needs to be done if I want to stay competitive. Thought you guys should know.
