well i'm telling u when i listen to the pod for example i almost never have this issue. in the rare case that i get it wrong i at least know it's a possibility and i should try looking up both with the っ and without
sure that's fine to do i think. basically before i felt that my base vocabulary was still too small to be adding things one at a time and i didn't really know how useful certain words would be, but now that i've studied more i have a better sense for such things
