i managed it really well until a few years ago and then i crashed, gained about 30 pounds, drank very heavily, briefly turned into a beta, got forcibly put into a mental hospital and dropped out of college
things are looking back up on the up though, getting back into good shape, my confidence is back, going back to school in the fall and haven't had too many hallucinations this year
