i cut ze steak. i can't tell if i overcooked it. it looks pinkish and it's not tough but it's not melt in your mouth either. i don't think guga would be proud of me. could be due to the quality of the meat or the cooking method. but i had a steak in amerimuttland and in a fancy restaurant here and they were more tender. of course they costed like 20 dorrar/25 eur, but still.
