So you say you and your sister are fairly close, yes? She trusts you, and all that good stuff. But she doesn't feel comfortable with you seeing her naked? That alone is the biggest reason you should back out.
Think of it this way, she doesn't want you seeing her sunbathe, and she changes in her own room with the door shut (assuming she isn't a retard/slut). For her to find out you've not only been looking at her, but lusting for her all this time feels like a betrayal of trust. You aren't a safe source of comfort and advice, any nicety you do for her from then on is just an advance on her in her eyes.
That's why my folks/sister were so not okay with it. In an instant I went from being a brother to a threat in their own household. By doing what I did I threw away the brother-sister relationship. Knowing I saw her as a woman before my own sister basically ruined any chance of having a regular familial relationship.
That's why just about all of us are saying not to do this. Incest isn't just about the fucking/relationship/etc. It's destroying barriers implied in a family relationship. It's making a cock-focused decision to cross that point of no return.
