One, there are psychological/mood/depression side effects. Having a lifetime history of depression/anxiety and suicide attempts makes that dangerous.
Two, availability. The drug is in high demand, the price continues to rise. Even with great healthcare/insurance, having it go out of stock and lapsing on doses will only increase the depression side effects.
It sucks, I'd love to have it. My insurance would pay for most of it, before prices go even higher.
