I was watching JRE clips lately and they love to talk about how important it is to know martial arts, psychical strength, manhood etc. I know there is a lot of competition for all sorts of things for a boy and young man growing up which eventually leads to possibility psychical confrontation so it pays to be prepare.
Later in life ? I'm not sure if it's worth to waste your time on smth as boxing and weightlifting(going to the gym 3 times a week). Maybe just being lazy which sounds bad per se but is actually better ? Usually you hear opinions of people who are devoted to smth, and they promote it. Would be interesting to hear opinions of people who invested heavily into sports, than dropped and and spend their time playing chess or whatever. Is being fit worth it ?
