well it's not surprising, duolingo doesn't give you a good and satisfactory sense of progression at all, just try talk to me in korean with duolingo only being something you do when you have a few moments to kill. you'll immediately feel like you've got a bit more understanding of the language. not to say i know jack squat (for starters i couldn't make out what my own card was saying lol, yours is just simpler), i just haven't gotten disheartened yet
