Today, the population of Africa is 1.2 billion. It's estimated that by the end of the century, Africa will have 4.5 billion people. Every 10 years, Africa adds more than the population of Europe to their numbers.
Why is there such an explosion of births? All of a sudden out of the blue. Throughout all of world history, their population was a a couple 10's of millions, maybe more. Then all of a sudden this exponential curve. What changed exactly?
