Rural PA is pretty stellar, although I will say PA is full of spergs; to the point where I'll concede that the German blood may actually be strong here and it's not just a meme. People are generally nice, but good lord they're all so awkward. Philadelphia is slime, but most PA people see it as a blight and really its own separate entity. The "Irish" and WOP dudes from Philly also seem to keep a death grip on love for the city, so it's not quite Baltimore/Detroit gone... yet.
