Racism is a risk management strategy for the inferior races. Think about it. A superior race would just be holding the highest positions in industry and government at disproportionate percentages compared to general population, they'd be directing the world, they'd be expanding their countries by taking away territory from the inferior races, etc. etc. Only an inferior race would, instead of just winning, take to concocting a propaganda campaign about why their race is so great.
