Normally, the response would be "a pack", to which he would reply "A pack? What a little puss, why dont you put on a pink dress and come up on stage, do a little twirl for the crowd? I go through 2 lighters a day" pause for laughs.
Leary skipped all the leadup, and just said "I got through a thousand lighters a day!" - absolutely ridiculous, not even funny anymore.
At one point, Bill said he only quit smoking to see if Leary would do it too.
